We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for digital products and services bought from Nezu Elite LLC.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply once download or access has begun (for EU consumers, this is in line with EU consumer law, where you expressly agree and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal at checkout). However, if a product is faulty, not as described, or you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund.
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at elitenezu@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
For custom development projects, refund terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Once work has started, completed milestones are generally non-refundable. We always aim to resolve any concerns fairly.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
